Shipping & Returns

We get it - shipping is expensive.  We work hard to ensure the best shipping rates possible for our customers.  At this time, the shipping rates for the continental states are as follows:

- Up to 4 bars of soap, or 1 to 2 bath bombs, or similarly sized items, safely packaged in a recyclable white mailer box or a padded recyclable envelope, ships for $9.55

- 5 to 8 bars of soap, 3 to 6 bath bombs, or similarly sized items, safely packaged in a recyclable white mailer box, ships for $11.00  

- Larger orders will ship for $15.00.

We will continue to be on the look-out for cheaper shipping rates so we can pass them on to you.

Unfortunately at this time, EssenceEarth Skincare, LLC, does not ship internationally.  We are looking to expand internationally as our business grows.  If you live outside the United States and you have a specific request, please e-mail info@EssenceEarth.com pr call (253) 365-2849 and we can discuss options.

All packages will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order, unless otherwise noted on our website.  

 

Your products will be shipped to you using the minimal packaging necessary to ensure their safe arrival and have a lesser impact on the environment.  Be sure to look at your packaging and recycle or compost as appropriate.

Sometime you will receive items in non-recyclable packing, such as bubble wrap.  We are doing this to reuse the materials we receive in our raw material shipments so it doesn't end up in our landfills.  Please do what you can to reuse this packing material as well.  We can all do something to help our environment.
